Variation:

3 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup tolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ cups milk

1 1/4 cups peanut butter, buy the kind with no sugar and preservatives

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, oats, and baking powder in a large bowl. Using a food processor or blender, mix the milk, peanut butter, and molasses until smooth and add to dry ingredients. Using your hands, knead together. Dough will be stiff. You can make the treats super rich by using some spreads:

1/4 cup soft tofu
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ banana, cut up
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Combine all in a blender or food processor and process until the ingredients are well combined. Spread one tablespoon onto the biscuit and serve.
